Scouterna is now looking for an e-commerce administrator to join our team in Stockholm.
About the position
As an e-commerce administrator at Scouterna, you will work with Scoutshop.se. You will be part of a team of four, where you will primarily focus on product administration and online merchandising.
In your role, you will work closely with the e-commerce manager. The role involves preparing materials and managing purchases and product data in our systems. You will publish new products, optimize for the web, and ensure the quality of product texts and images to make the website as complete and informative as possible. Additionally, you will assist with content for newsletters and social media and be part of our customer service, where you will handle incoming calls and emails from customers. Together with the e-commerce manager, you will work on optimizing upselling and product exposure based on how customers navigate the website.
About you
As a person, we see that you enjoy collaborating and are willing to pitch in where needed. We prefer that you have an interest in issues related to online sales, digital trends, and customer behavior in the digital environment. You should be comfortable working in digital settings and be technically savvy. You understand the importance of customer interaction in sales and have a natural service orientation in everything you do.
As an e-commerce administrator at Scouterna, you are an important part of the sales team and contribute to improving the customer experience and driving the development of Scoutshop forward!
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, e-commerce, or equivalent
- Several years of work experience
- Ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good technical skills and proficiency in the Office suite
- Service-oriented
Meritorious:
- Experience in service occupations, sales, or any e-commerce system
- Knowledge of image processing
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience in the non-profit sector

Scouterna is a membership organization with a long history of providing children and youth with meaningful leisure activities in Sweden. We who work at Scouterna are located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Västerås, and we are a total of about 70 employees. Our workplace is characterized by a desire to make decisions as close to the operations as possible, which contributes to a strong sense of ownership of what we implement. Scouterna works closely with volunteers at the national level, which means that work may need to be done in the evenings and on weekends. In this position, for example, a couple of evening meetings are expected ahead of Jamboree26.

The position is a parental leave cover for a little over a year. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.
